Welcome to the Information Visualisation Society Wiki!
This is the new Information Visualisation Society Wiki! For this page to flourish, everyone must contribute. Any member can add to or edit it so if you haven’t got an account, start contributing today by registering here!
This wiki has been created using DokuWiki, which is just one of dozens of Wiki tools. Why did we choose DokuWiki? Dokuwiki is optimised for documentation projects in small workgroups and is very simple to implement and administer. Contributing to this wiki is as easy as clicking the “Edit” button and it operates just like other Wikis, such as Wikipedia. So, Dokuwiki was a good choice for the Information Visualisation Society. For specific details on how to add special formatting to wiki pages, such as images, tables, and embedded HTML, go to the DokuWiki Syntax Manual. Or just check out the Getting Started page.
One of the best ways to get to know how to administer this wiki is by reading the DokuWiki Manual. to administer the Wiki, you need Admin privileges. To get these assigned, just email the admin.
